Description

An open-air site located along the right bank of the Ti-n-Lalan area, not far from the etaghas. The site includes a rock wall with petroglyphs grouped into nine panels. The first panel, highly eroded and damaged by modern peckings, shows a scene with at least two felines and humans of uncertain stylistic attribution. The scene includes to the left end a first large feline surrounded by three hu- mans, two are in front of his muzzle, while the third human is holding the lion’s tail up; the second feline is pecked behind. The other panels show Tifinagh, and Arabic inscriptions often associated with camels, humans riding camels, dogs, and other unrecognizable animals.
